Chateau Epinay is an elegant historical family castle built in the heart of Anjou, close to the Loire river, its splendid castles and their architectural XVs and XVIs century beauties.

Immersed in nature, the rooms are spacious and refined ; the yoga space, the natural pool and the spa are ideal to rest, recover and do some inner work.

The prices, from 820 euros to 1333 euros, include :

* 3 nights and meals : breakfast, lunch and diner, snacks and beverages from Thursday afternoon to Sunday noon

* the yoga practices and meditations* three types of room and suites occupation (single / double / triple)

Not included : the massages at the spa and the transfers (train Paris/Angers) and shuttle (Angers /Château environ 15 minutes).


Yogi Amandeep is a Graduate from Oxford Brookes University and has a Double Masters in Psychotherapy/Psychology and Comparative religious studies. Inspired by Yogi Harbhajan Singh Yogi Bhajan, he travels the globe and has spread the teachings of Dharma in 23 countries and one hundred cities.

He is a keynote speaker for Technology conferences, where he is leading the space on the conscious use of Technology — especially Virtual Reality where he is leading a project on how depression, anxiety and other mental health related issues can be cured by Virtual Reality.

Yogi Amandeep has been appointed in the capacity of a spiritual leader to advise a European Union project on wellbeing tourism.

He is involved in a project in Rome with a group of neurologist and neuroscientist working on pain management for children who are receiving oncology treatment.

And he brings in the ancient yogic technology within the modern framework to make it consumable for our current times.
