Tantra is the most direct route into the depths of the psyche. By employing sound, rhythm, tratak and mudra inner contradictions may be resolved, psychic shadows may be lifted while inner illumination, mastery and enlightenment are cultivated.

We will do some Venus Kriyas in pairs and some group work, a short yogic Kriya to prepare for deep space meditation.
